Ordinarily Available Provision (OAP)
Hampshire’s Ordinarily Available Provision (OAP) guidance sets out the inclusive classroom strategies and everyday support all education settings should provide for children and young people, including those with SEND. It promotes consistent, high-quality teaching and accessible learning environments across Hampshire.

Specialist Teacher Advisory Service (STAS)
The Hampshire Specialist Teacher Advisory Service (STAS) is a multidisciplinary team that supports children and young people with SEND, including those with hearing loss, vision impairment, physical disabilities and communication and interaction needs. The service works in partnership with families, schools and professionals to build staff capacity, promote inclusion and empower learners to access education and achieve throughout their educational journey.
